LYNN POVICH “Good Girls Revolt”

Lynn Povich is an award-winning journalist and editor whose career has spanned more than 40 years across magazines, books, and digital news. She began at Newsweek in 1965 and rose to become the magazine’s first female Senior Editor. Her book about the 1970 landmark sex-discrimination complaint against the magazine, The Good Girls Revolt, later inspired the Amazon series of the same name, and she went on to lead Working Woman, help launch MSNBC.com, and advocate for women journalists around the world.
